Licensing and sharing
You are welcome to reuse the website code and to discuss, teach, review and promote Parseh.
Website code
The website code identified in our license scope is available under the MIT license. You may reuse and modify its layout, styles and functionality, including commercially. Keep the required copyright and license notices when distributing copies or substantial portions of that code. A visible credit in your website footer is not required.
This grant includes functional HTML structure and generic interface labels, but excludes embedded editorial prose, exercise content, literary passages, artwork and branding. The content and brand terms below do not add restrictions to the MIT-licensed code. The Parseh application and its embedded export code retain their GPL terms.
Original content
Copyright © 2026 Bruno Ursino, to the extent of his rights in the original material. Rights in original website prose, exercises, illustrations and branding are reserved except as permitted here or under a separate license. This does not claim ownership of third-party material, public-domain material or general ideas.
You may browse and interact with the website, including making the copies needed for ordinary browser operation and caching. The following additional permission is worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive.
Sharing, reviews and promotion
You may reproduce and distribute screenshots and screen recordings, use the official Parseh name and logo to identify Parseh, and quote limited excerpts of original website text when discussing, teaching, reviewing or promoting Parseh. This includes social posts, articles, presentations, tutorials, monetized videos, paid courses and commercial publications. You do not need advance approval for these uses.
- Identify Parseh and include a link to parseh.io where the medium permits, for example in a video description or presentation credits. Otherwise include the address as text. One credit per article, video or presentation is enough.
- You may resize images proportionally, crop screenshots and add explanatory annotations. Preserve relevant third-party attribution and do not present edited images as an unaltered official interface.
- You may translate short quoted excerpts for this purpose. Label them as unofficial translations and link to the original page where practical.
- Use excerpts to support your own coverage, rather than republishing the website or substantial standalone collections of its content. Screenshots may show a complete page when useful for coverage; this does not authorize a replacement or mirror of the site.
- Do not suggest official status, sponsorship or endorsement unless it has actually been granted. This permission covers independent and critical reviews as well as favorable coverage; approval of your opinions is not a condition.
This permission applies only to rights controlled by Bruno Ursino. Third-party works shown in screenshots or recordings may have separate requirements; see existing licenses and third-party material. In particular, our permission does not override the ARASAAC pictograms’ noncommercial conditions.
Name and logo
You may use the official name and logo to refer to Parseh in the coverage described above. Keep the logo recognizable and unchanged apart from proportional resizing. Do not use it as the identity of another product, service or website, or imply that an independent fork is the official Parseh platform. A fork may truthfully describe its relationship to Parseh without implying endorsement.
No general permission to use Parseh branding for merchandise or unrelated products is granted. These terms do not assert trademark registration or restrict lawful descriptive references.
Other uses and existing rights
For uses of reserved material outside this permission—such as republishing substantial website text, adapting original illustrations or exercises, publishing a full translated website, or selling logo merchandise—request written permission from the repository owner through the website repository.
Nothing here limits applicable copyright exceptions, quotation or other statutory rights, public-domain uses, rights under third-party licenses, previously granted licenses, or permissions provided through GitHub’s terms. Existing third-party notices remain applicable. This policy concerns this website; it does not change the separate application or guide licenses.
Permission under this version continues for material used in compliance with it; later policy changes do not withdraw that permission for copies already received. This does not excuse a breach of its conditions. Material is provided as is, without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Policy version: 6 October 2026. See the license scope and third-party notices.
